Our office also offers take home whitening strips and trays, which allows patients to whiten their teeth from the comfort and convenience of home. If you choose at-home whitening trays or strips, please be sure to follow the dentist’s directions and read the instructions carefully. The most effective way to prevent further discoloration is by practicing good oral hygiene such as brushing and flossing your teeth regularly, visiting your dentists, Dr. Richardson and Dr. Townsley, regularly (recommended every 6 months) and avoiding foods, drinks or habits that cause teeth staining.
